Visitor Security and Safety Rules


Main Rules:

DANA Indonesia office is an area free from smoking, sharp weapons, and illegal drugs. Violation will be subject to strict legal sanctions.

Area Access:

All visitors are required to use a visitor lanyard during their visit to the DANA Indonesia office, which is obtained by exchanging building lift access to DANA receptionist and return it back before leaving the DANA Indonesia office.

·       Visitors must be accompanied by a DANA Indonesia employee when entering the DANA office area.

·       It is forbidden to take any photos/videos without permission from the DANA Indonesia Office Management.

Safety Signs:

All visitors are obliged to comply with all safety signs contained in the DANA Indonesia office.

Personal protective equipment:

For visitors’ safety, all visitors must wear shoes that cover their entire foot and not wear shorts.

·       Construction vendors are required to wear safety shoes and helmets if the work involves hanging loads.

Injuries & First Aid:

Injuries or near injuries that occur in the DANA Indonesia office area must be reported immediately to the Office Management or Security team on duty. If needed, first aid kits are available on every floor of DANA Indonesia.

Evacuation Instructions:

In the event of an emergency, an evacuation alarm will be sounded throughout the building. All visitors are expected to remain calm and follow the floor warden's instructions for the evacuation process.

·       It is forbidden to use passenger or goods lifts, use the emergency stairs which located in each center part of the building.

·       Leave your belonging and immediately go down the fire stairs to the assembly point which located on the back side of the building.

·       After arriving at the assembly point, report yourself to the floor warden and inform if there are injured or missing victims.
